Wrangler Transport
Terms and Conditions
Shipper agrees:  Shipper will make all arrangements for the following and assume the cost thereof:
1.  Health certificate, dated within 30 days of delivery date
2.  Negative Coggins (EIA), dated within 6 months of delivery date
3.  Brand Inspection in states required
4.  Halter and lead rope
5.  Proof of current immunizations
6.  Owner will maintain and provide proof of current horse mortality insurance.  If owner elects not to carry horse mortality insurance and assumes all risk therein (to include but not limited to injury, illness, disease, physical damage, harm, or death).

Shipper agrees to pay the quoted shipping fee in US Dollars for the transport of the aforementioned horse(s) and reimburse the transporter for all vet services, drugs, and other medical supplies in the event of an emergency or as transporter deems necessary for the well being of the aforementioned horse(s).

Deposit:  A deposit of 50% of shipping fee is due at the time of booking a shipment.  The balance of the shipping fee may be paid at PICKUP OR DELIVERY PRIOR to unloading any horse(s).  For your convenience we accept CASH, MONEY ORDERS, CASHIERS CHECK, or PAYPAL.  NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

Other charges:  A change of pickup or delivery location from that quoted may be subject to a surcharge after reviews.  In the event we arrive at the pickup location and are unable to transport your horse(s) because of the lack of required paperwork, misrepresentations, or we are unable to safely load your horse after using diligent efforts to safely load the deposit will be retained.

Cancellations:  If less than 14 days of shipping date it will result in loss of deposit.

Transporter agrees to use due diligence to safely transport, feed, and care for the aforementioned horse(s), but makes no guarantees as to the health or physical condition of the horse(s) upon departure or arrival.  Every effort will be made to pickup and deliver horse(s) on suggested dates and times.  We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by traffic, detours, threat of poor weather, poor road conditions, or any emergency horse or health needs that may arise along the trip route.

Release:  1.  Shipper hereby voluntarily releases and forever discharges the Transporter and its agents from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions or rights of actions, which are related to, rise out of, or are in any way connected with the transport of the aforementioned horse(s).  Shipper further agrees, promises, and covenants not to sue, assert or otherwise maintain or assert any claims against the Transporter or its agents or employees, for any injury, death, disease, or damage to the aforementioned horse(s) arising from or in connection with the transport, care or feeding of said horse(s) or from any claims asserted by other third parties.  2.  Shipper understands and acknowledges that the Transporter does not provide insurance to the Shipper.  If the Shipper elects not to secure insurance, then he/she agrees that he/she assumes all expenses or liabilities associated with the transport or care of the aforementioned horse(s).  3.  Shipper hereby holds harmless the transporter for any liability that would incur for property damage or bodily injury to any horse(s) an/or Shipper/Passengers while loading, transporting, unloading, or handling the aforementioned horse(s).

Entire agreement:  Shipper understands that this is the entire agreement between the Shipper and the Transporter, its agents, or employees, an its supersedes and cannot be modified or changed in any way the representations or statements of any employee or agent of the Transporter or Shipper.
